You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the service for spam, illegal content, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

You may not attempt to interfere with platform security, reverse engineer our systems, or resell access without written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postfax.io is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
